"Alexus and everyone I have met at Team Rehab -McDonough are Professional, Knowledgable, Caring, and Consistent in their treatment of my injury. Since my injury Sept 2022, I was sent to two other facilities for differing treatments yet neither place compared to the comfortable atmosphere and confidence I felt in them wanting to make sure I was on the right path to healing like at Team Rehab -McDonough showed. After surgery 2023 and the long road I have been on I requested them again because they exceed all expectations. I know their priority is helping me heal properly; I do not feel like just a number to them, they don't rush to just get done. They also keep evaluating and make needed changes for my best outcome. I have noticed that they clean their tables and tools consistently after each patient and the rest rooms are also kept stocked and clean. Would recommend this location (Alexus specifically) as the number one pick in that area all day long."
"Great location. Staff is professional and friendly. I wasn't pressured to go beyond my comfort zone although we had earlier discussed rehab requires work. The nice lady that checked me in even asked how my shoulder felt! That may be their policy but it was a nice surprise. Highly recommend."

Alex and his staff were very upbeat and positive. The physical therapy was the real deal. I was shown what and how to do the exercises needed for strengthening the muscles around the injury.
