Everyone is friendly and the doctors have done an excellent job of finding the right and comfortable prescription for me. On the glasses side of things Steve knows a ton and was able to help me figure out why some high index lenses are un-wearable to me. I am 3 pairs in with them and am happy to go back. They don't charge any more than the mega chains and they actually care and will listen to your needs to get things right."

"I have mixed feelings about the recent appointment for myself and my 2 children. From the surprise mandate to either have your pupils dilated or pay $40 for their high-tech eye test (or they won’t write you any prescriptions) to all of the premium options they put onto your “basic” glasses quote, this place will nickel and dime you to death. At the end of the day, the doctor was a very nice guy and I felt he was thorough, but the assistant who asked “why am I here then” when I told her I thought I had great vision, really turned me off. The overall visit felt more like being at an auto repair shop rather than the laid back experience I was expecting. The frames guy was pleasant and understanding and helped to improve the overall experience. But if you are on a budget, I would recommend going some place else because this office will blow your budget out of the water."
