"The Doctors don’t take patient feelings into account. I Needed work excuse because eye was swollen for going on 6 days. Causing me to have blurred vision and even headaches behind my eye. The Doctor refused to give a work excuse because the eye exam showed normal vision. Normal vision is not what you get when you stare at a computer for hours out of your day doing data entry. With a swollen eye leaking fluid from it. Even after explaining this to the the representative, it was if I was talking to brick wall. I canceled my surgery and will find a group that listens to their patients."

"Another great experience at Thomas Eye Group! Setting up the appointment was easy and less than a five minute wait once I arrived. My tech, Irina, explained everything as we went through the exams and made it a breeze. Dr. Singh took the time to answer all my questions, and made sure my prescriptions addressed everything I was looking for in the new glasses. I would highly recommend."

"I am 67 and a participant of a clinical trial. They required 3 eye tests and sent me to Thomas Eye Group in Woodstock. When I got there I was greeted very professional and friendly. After going to the customer service desk to check in I was directed to the waiting room. I didn’t have to wait too long before a young man called me back. He explained what he was going to do and what to expect before he started. He ask if I was ok after each eye was done. He was very thoughtful and smiled putting me at ease. Then he guided me to another machine and told me it would be less evasive. Then proceeded to explain each step again. I felt good and calm throughout. I walked out of there loving that place. They seemed to really care about me as a person! That’s huge for me. The office is nice and roomy with being clean & comfortable!"

"The clinician Dr. Dortonne and tech, the clinical service was amazing! Everything else- terrible! The customer service was non existent. The optical lady was very rude and made it feel like we were a nuisance. The PEDIATRIC waiting room did not even have anything pediatric especially since we were there for almost 3 HOURS with a 3 year old. I'm not saying turn it into a playground, but it would be nice to have something on the television or more of a pediatric touch. ADDENDUM I edited my rating from 1 to 4 (without being prompted by anyone just to be clear) because I received a courtesy call which I did not anticipate, especially after such a terrible experience. I truly appreciated it and the customer service that greatly lacked was compensated for (thank you Megan). Since the clinical care was truly exemplary, I and all 4 of our family members will make this location our Primary Eye Care provider."

"Dr. Dortonne and her assistant were great with my son, who was not excited about the whole idea of getting glasses. The environment was very welcoming and kid friendly. We did have a wait to see the assistant and waited to see the doctor, but I was told to allow 2 hours for the appointment (which I waited a few weeks for). Because of the quality of care, I would recommend them to any of my friends looking for an eye specialist for kids."
