"Initially great experience. It's the billing dept needs to get it together. I had to go to my bank and drive over to office to provide them with a copy of my cashed check front and back to prove that I had already paid my bill weeks ago. They keep sending me texts, emails and now paper bill even though I already paid. They still have not returned calls even though I have left 4 or 5 messages. Hopefully this will now put a stop to the constant texts emails and mail. Won't even answer them now. I have done my part. I have to go back in August and I'm now thinking maybe I need to find someone else."

"Scheduling an appointment was easy and instructions to set up their online portal was quick. The entire office staff was extremely pleasant and very helpful from beginning to end. Minimal wait time. P.A. Patel was very informative and appeared genuinely concerned. He explained my set action plan in great detail and answered all of my questions. Front office staff was thorough and expressed possible charges resulting as a part of my deductible, which most people already understand. They also told me that they would contact me with amounts for further tests so that I know what to expect in future visits. I am eager to continue working with this office and obtaining results that will surely improve my quality of life. I highly recommend ENT Institute (Johns Creek)!!"

"Called this morning to confirm an appointment for my father at 9:10am. I spoke to a nurse and was transferred to someone in charge of the home sleep study kits. (I think she had an accent...maybe NY?) I explained to her that my dad had an appointment back in November and then it was rescheduled for today. She kept saying, "I assure you that you did not have an appointment!" several times. She spoke over me and would not let me explain. I did let her know that she was being very rude to a patient's daughter. Then she hung up on me! Wow! I seriously can't believe the disrespect. My first visit with the doctors and the front staff was awesome. I think maybe this one lady may need some extra training on people skills. That is definitely not a way to talk to a patient or to represent a doctor's office. I will be taking my father somewhere else."

"The team at this office is friendly, accommodating and professional. Unlike a lot of medical offices, our wait was short and they kept the appointment close to the scheduled time. I had a special request I needed from them on some documents, and they cheerfully helped me get what I needed. For me "bedside manners" is very important, and I found the physicians to be great in this area. In the short time from my visit, I have already referred them to a few people looking for an ENT practice... I would highly recommend this practice."

"I received the best service and treatment that I have ever had at a doctor's office. They worked me in due to a very difficult work schedule and even so, didn't make me wait unreasonably. The office called with all follow up appointments and assisted me clearly in the areas of insurance approval. All personnel were exceedingly friendly and professional. I wish that they were my primary care physician. I wouldn't wait have waited until the current condition became so uncomfortable. Thanks to all the staff."
