"The receptionist was so unfriendly and with no specific explanations. Didn’t even respond and had no facial expression or eye contact. I decided not to register as a patient to this clinic."

"Have been a patient for many years , but the last 2 years have been horrible, Great physician, but staff is awful , unpolite, rushy , and unhelpful. Had a tele visit close to 1 month ago and was advised that a referral would be sent over to a dermatologist because of an ongoing rash on my skin in different areas, still no call from the dermatologist and I have to now schedule another visit with Dr. Hemberg because the rash have became worse and have spread and I need something to soothe my skin until the dermatologist schedules me an appointment. Additionally because of the Blue Cross Blue Shield I have , if I have to visit urgent care after normal business hours I have to have a referral sent over to the Urgent care from my primary physician within 3 days of the urgent care visit although I call and leave numerous messages nobody calls back , or sends the referral over , so I'm left with expensive bills because of their carelessness , and unwillingness to get the papers sent over in a timely manner. Used to love this office , but now I think it's time to find another physician . All the receptionist are unhelpful and rude maybe he should look into hiring more personable and helpful staff members."

"I use Dr Sharma and the clinic. Dr Sharma is so nice and I feel he is a good doctor. Everyone is so nice and helpful. The same for the clinic. I like that you can go to the clinic for minor problems."

"Worst customer service ever. If you try to call them you are generally on hold for at least 15 minutes. Today I went to the walk in clinic and was told they were calling in 2 prescriptions for me. When I go to get my prescriptions there is only one ready. I try to call and get put on hold for 20 minutes. Then they tell me the other prescription was printed and I needed to take that back to wal mart to get it. Why on earth would they do this and not explain this to me before I left the office??? It makes absolutely no sense and the person I talked to on the phone had no answers either. I am really not feeling well today and now I have to make TWO trips to get my medicine. I will say I have had Pleasant experiences with the 2 nurse practitioners I have seen here but the rest of the staff is just very unfriendly and not helpful. ☹️"
