"It is a terrible service from the doctor, my appointment was at 1:30 pm and they treated me until 3:30 pm The assistant who speaks Spanish was very kind to us But the doctor was very rude and unprofessional Without a doubt I will not return"

"I have never left a bad review but the service on here is so unprofessional, please go somewhere else. I was scheduled 2 weeks prior and when I got there at 4:00pm, the Dr/owner of the facility forgot I was coming in (I left my job 2 hrs before at 3:30pm) because the owners said I could not come late due to LabCorp getting here at 5:00pm for the blood and urine. I still didn’t get seen until 6:00pm because she forgot I was coming which she did verbally say even though her Med student did see my on the schedule (he was so nice) she went to the bank and to go get the COVID vaccine knowing she has 2 patience waiting in her. I called in to see when I am able to pick up my medical records and she said she MIGHT get here around 10:00am and lunch is at 12:00pm or 1:00pm and she’s leaving at 2:00pm, I asked her what about Monday, she said she also MIGHT get here at 10:00am and she’s not sure when she is leaving, she might stay at 5:00pm, I told her that I have to know until when because I do work at an office from 8:30am - 5:30pm Mon -Fri.. I would have to let my boss know, she said started yelling on the phone and saying that this is her private business and she can leave when she wants, that is true.. however, it’s a professional private business.. I do understand she has to run errands but she is not professional with communicating and also she doesn’t seem reliable. I told her that my tone is calm and as she is yelling she said hers is too and I said okay, then she hung up the phone call mid conversation. I told her I have proof that I have taken all my shots and she said okay but she thought I was illiterate and told me to put on the form that I didn’t.. I still put yes, she wasn’t listening to me when I said I did like 3x and she was still telling me the price of the vaccines??? Please save your money & time, I am extremely understanding but she doesn’t seem to care about customer service or patients just money and I don’t think that is okay."

"I visited this doctors office for my appointment at 9:30 a.m. I came in and was greeted very kindly by the front staff. I waited for the doctor for over an hr and she hadnt even gotten to the office yet. so when i was finally seen she was VERY rude and obnoxious! She would complain about other patients to me. She was not private about it. She was also rude to her staff in front of me. I dont think shes even heard of HIPAA because she definatly violates it! There was not one thing that was good about my visit there. To me i wouldnt even call it a doctors office It reminds me more of a down graded free clinic. I honestly couldnt believe she was even a doctor. Very shocked as to the way i was treated. I would never recommend this place, not even to a dying dog!"
