"My personal opinion about Dr. Ceravolo's care is that he has been very professional and dedicated since he has performed the surgeries on my only two eyes and the results have been excellent. Regarding the service of the office staff, I have also received extremely pleasant and personalized treatment since they have taken care of the follow-up of my appointments and the controls after my surgeries in coordination with Dr. Ceravolo. I was very satisfied with the service provided by the clinic and the doctor."

"Unprofessional and rude. It took 2 hours just for a consultation! I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment with my paperwork already filled out. I waited in a small waiting room with no space between chairs. When I was finally taken back I had to wait again because none of my info had been entered from the paperwork I brought when I arrived early. This took a while, but when completed, a different tech took me to a different section to check my eyes. She was rude and acted as though I was an inconvenience to her. I finally asked at one point how much longer it would be before I saw the Dr since I had to go back to work. She said it wouldn't be long and she would check on me in 5 minutes after she sent me back to the bright and packed waiting room with no eye protection after dilating my eyes. About 30 minutes passed and she finally takes me back to another room. I ask again how long it will be because I HAVE to go back to work. She didn't like that but told me he would be in soon. He finally comes in the room and is in there less than 5 minutes to tell me I'm a candidate for lasik. I was also told that I would have to travel to their Columbus office for the surgery because the operating room there wasn't finished. My wait was never acknowledged so of course I never received an apology for the 2 hours it took for a simple consultation. And the whole time I was waiting, the Dr was walking back and forth through the lobby as though he had nothing else to do. Not impressed."

"Hororable appointment,no social distancing,more than one person in very small test rooms. When I saw doctor he didn’t have mask on and tried too diagnose my condition. I told him I was uncomfortable with him not wearing mask he had an off the wall excuse for not wearing one. I asked if it was protocol for not wearing mask I got no answer. So ended my appointment then and walked out the door.."

"Used this business for 4 years & my fiance broke her glasses recently so I sent her over. Complete disaster of a visit....Was there for a simple eye exam & glasses. The Surgeon pushed Lasik & even made her an appointment for Lasik @ the Columbus location. Not what she was there for at all. The concern for patients is more or less a concern for Money. Lost her business as well as mine today. Couldn't even provide her with disposable protective sunglasses after dilating her eyes before they got her out the door...I MEAN COME ON."
