"The person that answers the phone at this clinic is very unprofessional at the same time hung up on me. I called back and she immediately said something that I could not even understand what she said, then I am assuming she put me on hold. I have been on hold for 3 min now. Still on hold going on 6 min. Its 9:14a.m. Lets just see how long this takes....... 8min now...... wow! Its been 12 min and I am hanging up. Thought everyone should know my experience."
"Just a heads up to ALL TRICARE BENEFICIARIES: Husband had an appt for Friday 28FEB at 1000 with Dr. Ndem to discuss and probably schedule surgery. We received a call this morning to confirm the appt, which we did. Around 5 pm EST we get another call asking if we have any other insurance besides Tricare. The woman on the phone tells me that they are no longer a Tricare Provider. I asked if this was a decision that was made by Dr. Ndem or his office and SHE SAID NO! This means that Dr. Ndem was REMOVED BY HUMANA MILITARY/TRICARE FROM THE PROVIDER LIST! Beware . See this Doctor/Office at your own risk. We are now trying to fix this mess and get in to see Dr. Espiritu at Columbus Foot and Ankle. Hopefully we will NOT have to start over or redo ANYTHING that has already been done as far as testing and we will be able to get husbands records from Dr. Ndem. As a side note, , a physician has to REALLY screw up to be kicked out of Tricare, much less Humana!"
"The first visit was a bit long . But rhe second we had an appointment at 930am. We was still sitting in the lobby at 1130 .2 hours of waiting. Went to the window 3 times. They say we will call you back soon. We left unprofessional"
