"I came here because I had flu symptoms. Long story short the doctor said that I’m going to get a nose swab to be tested for flu, Covid etc. The nurse did a MOUTH swab only. The doctor came back and said you’re all done with your nose swab and I will receive a call the next day for my results. I told the DR that the nurse did not do a nose swab. She collected sample from mouth only. Dr said. Oh whatever same thing. It’s alright. The nurse should have done what she was asked to do and when I mention it to the DR that I didn’t have that done she should have sent her back to do what she suppose to do. I won’t be returning to this place. And 2 days later still never receive a call about my results."
"Not the best place for adequate care. I have been here a few times where on one occasion they acted as if they didn’t want to take me. Another recent occasion I was having symptoms of the flu. They only gave me a Covid test which I had to insist on that. I went to another facility and my diagnosis was the flu."
"The girl at the front desk doesn't know what she is doing. And this clinic is unprofessional and need to be closed down. I went there oct-17-2023.no service just check my temperature, weight,blood pressure and finger.a nurse came and we only talked about how l was feeling and she told me if I'm not feeling better come back and she will examine me.they sent fake results to my insurance company that I didn't have done lthey should be close down.do not go there."
"Last week was my first time going to an urgent care facility. It was such a great experience. The staff was so friendly and professional. I was in and out in less than 45 minuets. The location is perfect since my office is right across the street. I will definitely be going there again the next time I need care. Thank you Northlake Urgent Care!"
