"I came in switching from the Midtown office, normally I go to Dr. Bugaria but recently learned she might come to this office too? I switched Drs because I thought she didn’t come to this office and no one over the phone told me otherwise when I asked to switch for that reason. My visit was fine, I came in because I had been having issues since I got sick. Dr. Bulgaria’s nurse assisted me. She was so sweet and very professional. My problem was not the phones, they answered every time I called, my problem was at checkout. I’m not sure if the person was training someone when I checked out or if they were sitting so close because they were chit chatting (which is fine, I really don’t care about what you do during work as long as when you do work you do it well). I kept being rushed out and knew I had forgotten to ask for something when they dismissed me at the front. They did not verify my pharmacy at checkout and I had to fetch that information from midtown pharmacy to open close to Spivey Lake. I love how close they are now, I just hope switching drs and location wasn’t a mistake."

"Dr Razario is punctual and professional. She has helped me reduce my A1C and spends the time needed to understand the patient. The issue I have experienced revolves around prescriptions being renewed upon visit and when I have tried to call because something was missed it takes too long to reach the office. I use express scripts and they can't get the office to respond either. Customer service is terrible."
