"After seven weeks, I sound like a broken record. Where are my glasses? I've been going to Basden for as long as I remember needing glasses. Stopped going to the Dean Rd location because of the front desk attitudes. When I moved to Moores Mill, it was better for a year or two. No one seems to be aware that it has taken seven weeks so far, and I still don't have my glasses. Where are my glasses?"
"Went to Moore’s mills location the lady at the glasses department has very bad customer service (attitude) 2nd the front desk lady with the glasses (white lady ) treat you like she doesn’t care about you even when paying money no thank you or no appreciation 3rd prescribed very expensive eye drop ($400) plus they put you on hold for ever I texted the number they texted me to confirm appointment she said she will call me back never called back went to the location they said forgot because they been busy . never recommend this place to nobody"
