UrgenCare Clinic - Urgent Care Auburn

"I came to this urgent care as my PCP was out of town. I called beforehand and spoke with the front desk, and nurse who were both very sweet, professional, and informative. My reason for visiting was that I was out of my medications. The newpatient process and paperwork is easy(2 pages). The front desk lady was kind upon arrival and my wait time was around 10 minutes. The nurse that took my vitals was very kind and polite. The doctor has greast bedside manners and listened to all my concerns and helped in my time of need. I am very grateful for UrgenCare Clinic. I left with some relief I recommend this Urgent care over others."

"If I could give this place 20 stars, I would. First, the waiting room is spacious and clean. I was behind 4 other patients, but I was still seen in a reasonable amount of time. I had unexplained dizziness and they did the full work up of EKG, blood draw, and even cleaned my ears. I never got the name of my nurse, but she’s the blonde one and her medical assistants were very nice too. I HIGHLY recommend this place for any urgent needs that don’t require an ER visit!"

"The best urgent care in the area! My daughter and I have been patients here several times in the past year. The staff have always been extremely thorough and caring. Not only are they great with adults but pediatric patients as well. Love this clinic!"

"Terrible experience! I was told I would have to pay roughly $40 and my insurance would cover the rest. I was later sent a bill for $125! At the time of my visit, the office was new and had no equipment. I was also misdiagnosed and had to see a second doctor. I wasn't too thrilled to have been misdiagnosed, but would have overlooked that for $40. However, $125 for nothing really has me worked up! I wouldn't suggest anyone go here unless you're rich enough that you consider $125 to be pocket change. For normal people that's absurd. I only saw this nurse practitioner because I was told my insurance would cover all but $40... realistically my insurance covered $40 and I had to pay the rest. Going to see a real doctor is only $43, so save your money and skip the nurse practitioner all together. You'll get a better diagnosis with your personal doc than you will here, and you won't get a surprise bill that is $85 more than you were quoted by the receptionist. Worst decision ever! If you want to refund my $125 and make this right, I'll remove this bad review. You got at least $40 from my insurance and $125 from me. I saw the nurse for all of 3 minutes. I'm livid about this and would sincerely appreciate this company make this right. I've given them numerous opportunities to correct this but they insist I pay the bill...so I did. Enjoy your $165 for the 3 minute misdiagnosis. Contact me when you want to correct this. Account number 43670. -A.B."
