"We got tested December 15th till this day we do not have the results back. The service was great , one of the nurses came out quickly and tested us. However for a week we tried calling to get our results and only got the answering service. They took my name and email and said they’d get back to me and never did. I had to go get tested somewhere else and got my results in 15 minutes."

"Great office and staff! They were very efficient when it came to Covid testing. They had a bunch of ppl in line, but they moved quickly and served everyone. Very nice, and treated everyone with respect. I visited other clinics for Covid test, but Superior’s results came back the next day. It was because of them that I knew my results in a timely manner. Thanks superior for your awesome staff and quality service!"

"They were great people but after getting my test done last week I'm not very happy at all. I took the one day test and never received my results and now its had me out of work for way longer than I should have had to been. Don't think I'd recommend anyone going here until that issue can be fixed. I took the test dec 30 here it is January 4th! UPDATE: I was just informed they LOST OUR RESULTS!!!"

"Thank you so much to the owner Theresa Pugh for pointing me in the right direction! Come to find out I was not tested at Superior Concierge but at the Alpha Labs right next door. I still have not received my results but it's through no fault of Superior Concierge. Ms. Pugh called me personally to try to help me figure out my testing situation even though I did not test at their location. Thanks so much for the prompt response and assistance!"

"I took my daughter here last week, with an appointment. As soon as I pull up the lady tells me she’s not doing any more tests. I tell her I have an appointment she proceeded to tell me.. “well I’m by myself so I have to cut it off at some point”. My appt was at 11:45am! After riding to several locations that had long waits I finally found a at home test for her. My friend managed to get an appt a different day and can’t get any results! Wouldn’t recommend!"
