"This is the most dangerous place to go. I had a procedure done ended up catching Sepsis. I almost lost my life, stayed at EAMC one week. Then they had to transfer me to Southeast Health in Dothan. I Ended up with a cyst on my spine had to do surgery. This place is horrible, they need to be investigated"

"They did not explain the process to me accurately, costing me additional copay and time off work. They also had no remorse for the confusion, pain, and additional costs they caused me. In fact, Dr. Ware cut me off / spoke over me when I was trying to explain the information his staff had led me to believe. I would rather endure my chronic pain or drive to a different city than visit this clinic again."

"Was a great place to go to but with in the last year it has gone down hill Dr shinkles is late every monday which was also confirm by the nurses that work there , my last apt yesterday he was 2 hour late they also sent my meds to whole different pharmacy in another state I had voiced my concerns with Mark plak who is the ceo of the company many time about dr shinkle being late to work with nothing done to fix the problem, Well now I will be going to see a new place because I voice my concerns to another boss in the company they dropped me I would advise you to stay away from here and go some where else"

"They don't care about there Patients. They only want money. Make appointments to get med for Amputated foot. Was sent home with almost nothing for pain. Told to call if it needs to be adjusted. That was a way to get us back in here for more money. Then we got the rudest lady at the front making out visit even worse. I asked for billings number and get nothing but mouth and Attitude. This will be the last time I deal with this place. This has been the worst place for anyone to have to deal with. O don't forget. Appointments r atleast 2 hours up to 4. Just to see a doc for 5 mins. Yes. Hole day here for 5m with doc. Please do ur self a favor. Don't go here. Find a nother place that care for people. Not there money they can get out of them!!"

"Awful experience . Was sent over as a referral. Doctor Shinkle told me that he was frustrated with the situation ( I am the patient in pain , I promise I am more frustrated with the situation I am in every second of every day much M more than you are frustrated with the fact that you have to take care of a patient ). Had to get the nurse to retrieve him after he initially saw me because he walked in and out so fast . Felt completely insulted and inhuman . 0/10 Dr. Shinkle should be embarrassed to call himself a provider of care bc he surely didn’t provide me with any care . Negative 100/10"
