"stopwatch urgent care is my favorite place to go when my primary care doctor is closed on the weekends! Their receptionist showed such wonderful hospitality and even brought me water/cough drops when I got momentarily choked up. Then the nurse I spoke with before seeing the doctor was wonderful and helped ease my usual doctor anxiety. Lastly I spoke with the doctor and she was absolutely amazing, she was so attentive to all of my concerns and even went out of her way to make sure I wasn’t sick with anything else. I’d recommend here to anyone!"

"Contracted what seemed to be food poisoning Saturday afternoon. Woke up Sunday morning feeling worse so registered for an 11am appointment online. Received texts confirming the appointment and that I just needed to present my ID when I arrived. When I got there at 10:30 I stood at the desk with my ID and was ignored by the receptionist. She eventually just pointed at a screen kiosk and told me to sign in. There was not a patient sign-in screen, just a login screen. She told me to just sit down. I watched 6 or more patients walk in after me, who also could not use the kiosk check in so she gave them paperwork and processed their copay. I sat there and watched 6 people who came in after me get called back. Finally my husband went to the desk to ask when we should pay our copay. We did. Two more people came in and filled out paper work and got called back, I had been waiting for over an hour and a half. I finally went up and requested a refund because it was just too uncomfortable to sit there. Then she told me my appointment wasn't until 2:27pm. I showed here the text thread I had been receiving saying 11am and she said her screen said 2:37 so that was when I would see the doctor. At what time was she going to share this? Why on earth would a sick person arrive four hours early? I generally have had good experiences here but this was inexcusable."

"I went in 15 minutes before closing, I needed stitches in my finger...let me tell you...EVERYONE was GREAT! I know they were ready to go home on a Sunday evening, but they were so patient and sweet to me. I felt so bad about the time but all the other ones were closed, but these girls ARE the bomb!! Thank yall so much for taking such good care of me!!"

"I have a bit of anxiety but I want to thank the lovely staff here for making me comfortable. Everyone was so friendly, no long wait time, very clean environment and very helpful and lovely people. I wish I remembered the nurses name who helped me open up and assured that I was in good hands. She was incredibly sweet and funny, I almost didn’t want to leave lol but again, thank you all for everything."
