"I came in with an excruciating headache. SOMETHING triggered this headache. A nurse practitioner came in…and the first thing she asks is if I needed a work excuse…are you kidding me?! I didn’t come in to skip work how dumb is that?! She stated she would give me a shot for pain, but then turned around and told me to get Excederin Migrane after I just told her that doesn’t work for me. Just if you can wait to see your primary care doctor. And not to mention the receptionist upfront was very rude."
"Guy at the front desk is so rude. Ignores you and goes off to talk to coworkers while people are waiting. Definitely not the first impression a clinic needs. They’re definitely asking people to leave good reviews. Also, they will bill you extra unnecessary costs!!! I would not recommend this place. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else!!!!"
"All staff were wonderful. There were 15 people in front of me but they were timely, efficient but nurse and doctor took time. Exceptional experience. It was Christmas Eve and I thought I would be in there for five hours but I was out in one hour and 45 minutes with that many people in front of me. Truly a Christmas miracle! Pollyanna Brannan"
"Great experience. I made an online reservation, entered all my info, and I received the time of my appointment. When I arrived, the receptionist told me I could be seated because he had everything he needed from me, except needing my ID cards. It was nice being able to bypass standing at the kiosk. I was in and out in about 30-40 minutes, and the MD was very pleasant ( the tech and receptionist too) and took time to help me understand my situation. If you need urgent care, this is the best place."
"First time here. Very clean. It was a great experience! Front office staff was so nice and efficient. I made appointment on-line, didn't have to wait very long. Nurse was very nice and cared about my issue. Doctor was great as well. I felt very comfortable coming here and will do in the future if I need medical assistance. Thank you Stopwatch Urgent Care!"
