"In reading some of the negative reviews, I can attest that in THE PAST I too experienced some of the complaints regarding 2 hr waits and trouble filling my script. HOWEVER, in the past 6 months or so I would say that they DEFINITELY have made vast improvements on these issues. I see Dr. Syed once a month and the past 6-7 visits have been flawless and Dr. Syed has really helped and continues to help me with my medical needs. Concerning the staff, they are WONDERFUL!!!! Very kind, helpful and always smiles on their faces. I will continue to use this medical office and I advise anyone to do the same!!"

"I’ve been coming for close to three years now. I haven’t changed because I hate to start all over again. Dr.Syed is a good doctor. The staff is pleasant and friendly. It use take a long long time to get out. There have been staff changes and the scheduling changes which have tremendously helped with getting out in a decent amount of time. I love the staff they have now. I hope they keep them. As of late I have been getting out of the Doctors office. I am Thankful for the care they have provided over the years. I’m doing well so I can thank them for that as well."

"Doesn’t even deserve 1 star! I have never wrote a complaint about anything, but Aim Medical and Dr Syed is the worst! The State of Georgia should absolutely shut this, “so called” Family Practice down! A doctor is supposed to help you! Not make your life miserable! Dr Syed is the most unprofessional/greedy physician in any State and if you step 1 foot in that place you will feel miserable! 2+ hour waiting, and gouges every $1 out of you is just the beginning! Stay as far away from this Doctor as possible"

"I've called four times (spoke to a live person twice) requesting the results of my blood work done over a month ago. The last time I called I was told they are too busy with work to call people back. REALLY? They were plenty happy to charge the co-pay when I went in, but they can't be bothered to follow up. Worst medical practice EVER!"

"If I could I would give zero stars, because even 1 star seems too generous for this place. I have been going there for about a year, maybe 3 appointments in that year, and every time I have had issues. First off, when I go for my yearly check-up, there is always some arbitrary reason they want me to come back in another week or two as a follow-up....clever way to get more co-pays. Secondly, most of the time I try to call the office I get their voicemail and leave messages, to which I don't get a call back. The biggest issue though is the sheer incompetency. I have verified my pharmacy multiple times but for some reason they still can't get it right. I have verified/confirmed with multiple people in the office that my prescription would be sent in and filled, only to call the pharmacy and find out that it hadn't been called in. It is a constant struggle to get prescriptions called in and taken care of! I don't understand why it is so hard to do and why there is no sense of urgency. It should not take 5 calls, on my part, to get this taken care of. I haven't even mentioned the wait times while in the office. That is a whole other story. I have never had to wait so long in an office before... and for a morning appointment, where you're one of the first people in there. If you are thinking of going here, I urge you to not....please save your money, time and the hassle of this place! There are other, better places out there."
