"I am extremely disappointed in the professionalism and quality of care with Dr. John C. Thomas. I have not heard from this man since October of 2022, while we were working on Phase II of my protocol with my autoimmune conditions. I kept him updated frequently about reactions or how things were going. I asked him about excessive bleeding and pain I was experiencing during a liver cleanse from heavy metals, and he just never got back to me. I messaged him again and was finally able to get a response to reduce some of the supplements I was taking. I asked a lot of questions about the histamine list he sent me, and it just got to the point where I was scared to eat anything for fear of a reaction. I ended up having some disordered eating during October and had to stop taking most of the supplements because I was barely eating anything that they would be needed for. I emailed him about this in length and also let him know I would be having a laparoscopy to diagnose with endometriosis (which I ended up having). The supplement bottle for the liver cleanse says it is to be used for a 3-4 month period only, and I hit that mark. I emailed him yet again to ask if I could receive a reply or if I needed to pay for an appointment to speak to him. Nothing. I spent tons of money on labs and supplements. I would highly recommend going to someone with plenty of reviews to ensure good service. There are some in the Atlanta area who have virtual appointments. I am hesitant to use another ND due to the experience I had here. Let me also add that beyond some inflammation improvement from my surgery and some minor changes in digestion concerns, the process I have been on with Dr. Thomas has not made any differences in my psoriasis (and it has recently gotten worse) or IC."

"I paid Dr. Thomas $2,000 up front. Then he had me taking supplements (around $400+ per month). I finally quit after 5-6 months. Having spent about $5,000 and not seeing a difference. I'm sure Dr. Thomas means well and has helped many people but it's disappointing to invest such effort and money. I had contact with the initial consultation and a zoom call but eventually I never heard from the office. Maybe I should've initiated contact with them but when nothing seems to be working and you lose hope in the program while spending your savings, it would just help to know that you aren't forgotten and they would come alongside to check on your progress and give a little encouragement so you don't feel alone in it. You could say since I haven't found the healing yet so my situation must be difficult. It's frustrating to seek help time after time when your high hopes and expectations are built up but then to be left without change."
