"Beware. They will tell you they accept your insurance, then after your seen, tell you they don't and stick you with the bill. Make sure you have the receptionist show you in writing before you're seen. I was told they not accept any insurance plans if you are using your benefits for the first time in the calendar year. You have visit another provider first to verify its not fraudulent, then they will accept you."

"Pros- Friendly staff, cute facility, informative receptionist. Was able to prescribe an as-needed inhaler, Nurse Prac/DR would answer questions if you have them. Cons- Our experience. We went to urgent care because we thought my fiance was having an allergic reaction. He was told it was only a viral infection, and the headache he had will be prescribed an exedrin (pharmacist said it was OTC). They gave him a lecture (rightfully so) about using other ppl's inhalers. He didn't have insurance so he was worried about costs, that's why he used it and it's typically periodic, nothing major. Biggest issue I have that made this a 2 star review is that his blood pressure was high, 140/105. They didn't give him anything or prescribed anything for it. Only said to monitor it and maybe buy a cuff monitor. So we did that and bought a monitor. He still felt miserable and tried not to have anxiety but whatever was going on in his body was bothering him still. About 8 hrs later, and we noticed his BP was still increasing and decided to go to the ER. His levels were 174/126. Stroke levels are at 180/120. He almost had one. My major gripe about this was- they didn't recommend when to go to the hospital when the levels reached a certain point. We don't know much about blood pressure since it was never an issue. They also didn't prescribe anything in the moment to help it and only suggested we buy a monitor. Because we never dealt with BP before and we had to google these things ourselves. Earlier this year when I was pregnant, the nurses told me when my BP was high and made me go to the hospital (where I later had to be induced) and I trusted them and I only remember that my higher number was 128, I don't remember the lower number but it was definitely over 80. There was a lack of sense of urgency in his case and after the ER, blood pressure medication has definitely and finally been described."

"I am here with a friend who is to get a pre-employment drug screening. She is sitting in a waiting room with one other person for almost 30 minutes now! Unreal. Give her the cup and let her do the test. What could possibly be the hold up?? This place is brand new and very nice. This is good since they waste so much time. Very unprofessional."
