"Service was great, doctor was great. I was very happy until I couldn’t get my glasses because the exam results did not include pupillary distance. I thought, no big deal, I could just call the office again and get it right? They said no, that PD takes a separate appointment and a separate fee and time slot. How is it a complete eye exam if I can’t use that information to get new glasses? Feels predatory."

"My appointment was at the Towne Lake office. Everyone was friendly and efficient. I felt comfortable with my experience. I particularly liked the doctor's assistance (although I've forgotten her name) - she really knew what she was doing! Dr. Johnson was personable and professional at the same time. This honestly is the first time I felt like a person and not just dollar signs at Marietta Eye Clinic."

"Absolutely horrible. I made an appointment for CONTACTS instead of calling me back after the appointment was made to inform me that the contact lenses person was not going to be there. They decided to not call and I still came to the appointment I live in Yorkville, GA. So after the appointment I had no contact lenses or contact prescription and that’s what I made the appointment for. I haven’t wore glasses since middle school so it wouldn’t make sense for me to make appointment for glasses. My mother had to go to the Roswell location to get me some lenses so I could see. I had to go back the very next that’s day when the contact lady was there. (Marietta Clinic told Roswell clinic that the day I originally had the appointment that was the contact lenses person was off but they told me she got sent to another location) She asked me if I had contacts in and I said yes she asked me if I knew what kind and I said no because my mother had gotten those for me just to hold me the next day from the other location She literally asked me “So you don’t know what’s in your eyes” very rude. I repeated my self. Then she gives me the contacts asked how they fit looked at them, then towards the end she tells me she doesn’t have my brand in stock so she couldn’t give me trial lenses and she will call me when she has it. Nobody has called or anything my mother went up there today to get my lenses and the contact lenses person EMILY LAGA lied and told my mother that she told me she call her about the lenses. First off what senses does that make your the contact lenses person you said you were gonna get back to ME. Very dishonest business and staff"
