"He was an hour and a half late for my first appointment. He had an emergency at his other office. I understood that. Things can happen. I left my urine sample for him to diagnosed. I had to leave for another doctor appointment. He did not test my sample. Made a follow up appointment for Noon. He was running late. The office was filled with people. There was not a chair empty for me to sit down. I walk with a cane and had back problems. I was told "He is just set in his ways." No this is unprofessional and arrogant to say the least. He is an excellent Urologist, but not the only one in the world. ate for"
