"They have me fill out an application and all the paperwork to become a patient. told me that I could have been in a couple weeks. They got my hopes up and promised me an appointment, it's just a money game. They try to say that they got too many people in my insurance there. Because some doctors are just in it for the money. They didn't join the profession to help people. So thank you for wasting my time Tyrone family medicine."

"My spouse has been on wegovy since January. He sent a message for the pa renewal to this office (same office that prescribed it AND has been responsible for his weight checks) responded “we don’t do pas for wegovy; pay out of pocket or find something else.” What??"

"DO YOUR HOMEWORK FIRST!!! CHILD IMMUNIZATIONS MAY BE COVERED BY INSURANCE BUT THEY CHARGE $270 TO ACTUALLY GIVE YOU THE SHOT. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE. VERY DECEITFUL NOT LOOKING AFTER PATIENTS ONLY HIDDEN CHARGES IN THEIR POCKET."

"The treatment and timeliness were good. I went here years ago specifically because I had Kaiser Permanente: They accepted that insurer, and it was closer that other providers. When I asked what the copay was the secretary didn't know, so it was 'probably' $100. I paid it up front thinking that it was a little steep. And then I got a bill for an additional $69. I was surprised, I just would have liked to know the prices more precisely."

"Was feeling faint in the office with some heart issues. These folks stayed late and held a fan on me till my ride came to take me to the ER. Called today to check up on me and said they'd pray for me. Meant a lot. Good people."
