"I prepared this review based on a conversation with my mother. She is unable to respond herself. This is her perspective. She was very happy to be back with Dr Moratis. She has always felt comfortable with him and prefers him to other doctors in the area."

"I just got a called from the scheduling department that Dr. Cauvin will not be in the office today and they will have to reschedule my appointment I’m thinking that I would be able to be seen the next day they said that her next appointment would not be until June of next year. Keep in mind that I scheduled my appointment in April so I had to wait 7 months to see this doctor. I was in tears because I needed to get a prescription for my high blood pressure medication. The lady who called was not helpful at all didn’t care that I have hypertension high blood pressure and I needed to see a doctor. I’m not saying that a doctor can’t take off all im saying is have a backup plan if they are off so the patient don’t have to suffer or wait for another 6 months to see the doctor if they are a new patient please stay away for this piedmont location. Poor customer service and don’t care about their patients"
