When I was called back, the nurse was professional and friendly as well. "Positive experience. First time using the facility. Staff was polite. Registration was totally electronic and painless assuming you have your driver's license and insurance card with you because pictures of both are required. I was a walk in and my wait was about 45 minutes in their clean and pleasant waiting area. The PA who saw me was courteous and efficient. 2 of 3 prescriptions were available for purchase on-site at reasonable prices. My family will use this convenient urgent care facility again in the future."
