The staff is rude to the point of denying medical care for someone who rubs them the wrong way, very telling of a medical professional. "When i first started using Lori Hudson for my health care a little over a year ago I saw her in person each visit and was extremely happy with her professionalism and refill of my medication . She was one of the best . Now I never see her and for the last four months my medication has not been refilled as it should be. When I go to my appointment the only person that knows me is the receptionist. Whom ever is my doctor that day has no idea of any of my medical condition or my medication I should be taking. Blood work was done on my last visit and I was told the results would be relayed to me with 5 days. After calling multiple times it now nine days later and can't get any answers or speak with anyone about it. I think it's time for a new doctor."

"I've been going to this clinic for about 4 years now. In the beginning, I loved it. They seemed to care about each person that walked through the door looking for assistance. I can say, since they have moved to Villa Rica, even right before they moved, the quality of care and concern has went downhill. Lori is almost never there anymore. When she is there, she doesn't seem to have time to check in on you. Instead you see a slew of nurse practitioners. You never see the same one twice. I've been waiting on a referral to a specialist for awhile now. I call, they tell me they'll have a nurse call me back and i never get that call back. It's an endless cycle. I've tried my best to continue to love this place, but i believe someone needs a wake up call. There is no reason why follow ups to calls are not being taken care of, test results are not being shared, and referrals are not being done."
