"I scheduled an appt couple of months ago for today, 9-9-22 at 9am. They didn't have me on the calendar and only offered to fit me in where they could. I drove an hour one way to hear that. No apology from anyone. Is it possible you made a mistake and failed to add my appt to your calendar? They couldn't even acknowledge a possible error on their part. Was planning to continue and use them even though I had moved away from the area, but I'll find another eye doctor..., too bad and very sad Dr. Larry Davis is no longer with us, but he would've fixed the situation I'm sure. Also, receptionist never did tell if there was possibly an appt in your system for me that had been mistakenly captured on another date/time, and did I drive an hour for an appt I didn't schedule, think about it, that confirms all I need know. Absolutely poor customer service."
