"If I could give zero stars I would. We were seen in July, given a prescription and ordered glasses. We were also given a referral to a specialist. The specialist then gave us a new prescription and said the one we had was way wrong. We call to change the order for the glasses to the new prescription and they said no problem at all. They'll be here in two weeks. Two weeks came and went. On the 4th week we received the glasses. They were wrong and weren't shaves with the extras we paid for. Okay, no problem with me mistakes happen. We send them back. A few weeks later (it's late August my then) we received the right prescription but not shaved with the extras we paid for. Okay, one more try. Several more weeks pass and we get the wrong glasses again. At this point I just asked for a full refund. The manager says okay, I'm so sorry. You'll receive a check in two weeks etc. I am still friendly but express that I'm a little disappointed but it's solved (I thought) so I was okay with it. It is now December 7th. We have called about 10 times. Called corporate multiple times and everything. STILL NO REFUND. $200 wasted on this. My daughter HAS to have glasses in order to see. I am very irritated and concerned for others who trust this place. I do not recommend!!"

"Everyone, and I mean everyone, was professional, convivial, and genuinely concerned with providing the best service possible while keeping my budgetary constraints in mind. Dr. Babalola was consistently genial even when he had some potentially bad news to relay.... and I REALLY appreciated that!"

"My Eye Doctor, formally Bremen Eye Clinic in Bremen, GA is awful. I’ve been dealing with trying to get the correct contact lenses ordered for 2 months. I’m constantly put on hold, my messages are never returned or when I finally do get someone it’s as if they don’t remember talking to me. I’ve tried 6 different trial lenses because they never seem to have what i need in stock. I’m over it! After i at least get a few contacts besides trials ordered I will be finding a new doctor. I like Dr. Cowart as a person and have never had these issues until he became affiliated with My Eye Doctor. Now they are extremely short staffed and their customer service is terrible. I have actually recommended my friends to go there in the past but now I am about to dispute my credit card charges and find myself a new eye doctor. It should not take me two months to get contact lenses ordered. Now they’re simply ignoring my phone calls and / hanging up on me after 1-2 rings."

"I was extremely pleased with how well my visit went with Dr. Cowart. He checked my eyes for hereditary diseases and fit me in the perfect contact to see close up. I don’t have to keep up with reading glasses anymore. I couldn’t be happier."
