"I saw this Dr came highly recommended when my elderly parents moved to GA 2 years ago. They were very happy at first then as the years have passed, they have seen the staff not call back with answers to my parents questions. My sister has had to go to the office to retrieve information that should have been passed along (by the Dr and staff) and was not communicated to my parents. In my opinion, if your elderly parents want a resourceful and responsive Dr and staff, this is not the one for them."

"I’ve been using Keith Family Medicine for many years now. From the Drs to the nurses to the desk staff they have always made me feel welcomed and always like family and not a patient. They’ve helped me overcome addiction, cuts, covid, headaches, etc. Eric and the nurses have always went above and beyond to accommodate my neediness and never complained (to me)about it. The Drs down right care about their patients also. I live 1.5 hours from Dawsonville now and they do their best to make sure I still get the care that I need.
