"The lady that answers the phone needs an attitude adjustment. My daughter and I both called to see if I could get my daughter in today. Two months ago Visionworks told my daughter she has a hole in her retina. But never referred her to an Ophthalmologist. Visionworks just said, “oh it will heal.” I am concerned though about my daughter’s vision. She is seeing flashes of light now and when she blinks, she is seeing shadows in her vision. This was all told to this rude lady. She said to me: well did your daughter call the medical staff and leave them a message like I told her to? I said, “yes she did.” She said, “well the medical staff will call her in between patients if they feel like it’s an emergency.” They don’t care at all and have no compassion or empathy. My daughter and I may not be doctors but the symptoms we described are not normal and need someone to see my daughter immediately."

"I changed my original negative post because I gave this office a second chance. My appt. was for 9:00 a.m. I arrived early and they had me inside at or near my appt. time. There's never been an issue for me about the quality of care there. But, the man that checked my eyes before seeing the doctor yawned a lot, coughed, and just sounded terrible while he was dealing with me in such a small room. A little courtesy/Covid protection would be nice, but everyone slips up now and again, I guess. I'll definitely go back again."

"Cannot get anyone from their extension number 5 (nurses/doctors line) to call me back. Having symptoms of retinal detachment in the same eye I had surgery on about a year ago. This is considered a medical emergency, if left untreated loss of eyesight is a real possibility! If you value your eyesight, don't go there!!!"

"Office staff are some of the most unfriendly and unhelpful people that I ever encounter. Dr. Camp seems oblivious or doesn't care. It is like a factory where there is little personal interaction."
