"I am writing this review to share my recent disappointing experience at Mountainside Pediatrics. My visit was marred by an encounter with Dr. Mahmood whose behavior left me feeling treated unjustly and dissatisfied with the overall quality of medical care provided. During my appointment, I observed the doctor engaging in banter with resident students in a manner that I found unprofessional and disconcerting. Not only did this impact the atmosphere of the clinic, but it also gave rise to concerns about the doctor's ability to provide competent and compassionate care. What was particularly distressing was witnessing the doctor openly criticize and tear down the residents in front of me, the patient. As someone seeking medical attention, I believe it is crucial to feel confident in the competence and collaboration of the healthcare team. Unfortunately, the behavior I witnessed undermined this trust and left me questioning the professionalism of the clinic. I understand that medical professionals are human and may experience challenging situations, but it is disheartening to see a doctor creating a negative environment that could potentially impact patient-doctor relationships and the quality of care provided. In my many years of seeking medical care, I have never encountered a situation where a doctor openly belittled their residents in front of a patient. I hope this review brings attention to the need for a more respectful and supportive atmosphere within the clinic, fostering a culture that prioritizes patient comfort and confidence in the medical team. As a patient, I believe that constructive and positive communication between doctors and residents is paramount to delivering superior healthcare services."

"We absolutely LOVE this practice. Not only is Dr. Mahmood phenomenal with my kids but his bedside manner with my husband and I are fantastic. His front office ladies are hands down the absolute best. We have never been to a dr office where every single person cares and does everything to make sure you are taken care of. We always look forward to going to see them all. My 7 year old son usually shys away at Dr visits, but here he feels so comfortable and can be himself. I could go on and on about this practice. Best pediatrician office around."
