"Great service. But their billing department sucks. We've paid our co pays every time that we have been there and most of them have had to be proven that they were paid. They just billed our cc for a billing amount that we should've never been billed for. It doesnt even match our insurance policy amounts. This place has good employees and do a great job, but their billing department is a joke. They will thieve you blind if you don't watch them. Keep all of your receipts and bank statements. The office and the billing department are in separate locations and they are not even in the same state. Their records not matching is beyond unfathomable to me. We will not be going here again. I have had to prove that we paid our co pays on more than one occasion. Nobody should have to be dealing with that at a doctors office in today's day and time. If we could give this place less than one star, we would because of the billing department."
"The staff is wonderful. I know they have to put up with a lot. The only reason I’m giving this a 4 star review is because of the missing front desk worker. There are several older people that are not the best with technology. If you don’t know what to do, it is very difficult to get checked in properly. Having a receptionist would make everything run much more smoothly."
"This was my first time visiting MainStreet Family Care. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the clinic and the professionalism of the staff. The online appointment reservation system is a great feature and keeps sending message updates regarding the check-in time which eliminates unnecessary time spent in the waiting room. I will definitely use the clinic again if needed."
