"I called about an online order that was canceled to try to get it resolved however right off the bat I was given attitude and the lady I spoke with wasn’t trying to help me resolve my issue and just kept going back and forth with me saying the order I placed isn’t in their system or that I ordered somewhere else with an attitude, she even said “I’m not going to keep arguing with you.” To clarify I wasn’t arguing with her I was just trying to explain what happened and while she kept responding to me in a rudely manner I tried to keep calm and told her at the end that that’s not a way to speak to a costumer and then she hung up. I called again and spoke to another representative (Bridget) and she helped me understand the issue and looked into my order, which was in their system. I didn’t get the name of the first representative and tried getting it when I called again but wasn’t given it due to online orders not being in the same bracket as regular orders. I understand the situation might have been confusing but it doesn’t give a reason to treat a customer that way. Bridget did help explain my problem though. I have gone here before and haven’t had issues til now."

"I was in the office today with a young friend who had her eyes examined at MyEyeDr. Since I met her about 8 years ago, I have took her to several eye doctors over the years. Now, she is 17. Dr. Andrew Hawkins took time with her, was kind and patient. I have been worried about the astigmatism she has but felt relief after he explained to me her situation and that it is common. He actually has the same problem, so he has first hand knowledge about astigmatism. He has a calm manner and treated my young friend good. ***Update - my young friend got her glasses and was SO happy. She could see SOOO much better. In the past, so many times I was with her, she wouldn't wear the many glasses that she has gotten over the years which really concerned me. I would encourage her to wear them. I don't have to do that now! She wears the glasses regularly perhaps most of the time she is awake. She has worked very hard trying to get good grades and had trouble seeing the board at school clearly. She definitely needed good glasses. Thank you Dr. Hawkins..."
