"I had a great experience this past Sunday! I came in for a possible foot fracture. Everyone from the front staff, the xray tech and Christina- who I saw- was so kind! Specifically to Christina and the XR tech, who found a fracture when the radiologist report came back negative. I’m so thankful she did and had me follow up with an orthopedic quickly that did in fact confirmed her findings! Great eye and THANK YOU for caring and going the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of."

"I walked in a little before 5pm and got in and out in a little over an hour. Dr. Colon was super helpful, he got my tests done quickly, got my prescriptions called in to my preferred pharmacy, got me a note for work, and got me a steroid shot all in such a short amount of time. I felt like the staff truly listened to my concerns and respected my decisions on what tests to run and everything. I will definitely be visiting this urgent care location if I need to in the future."

"I had a great experience here. Out of all the walk-in facilities I have been to, AFC in Ooltewah is the cleanest, fastest, and most helpful! The staff in the front office was very helpful, and both medical staff members were genuinely kind and patient with me. The NP, Jessie, was amazing and made me feel heard. Highly recommend this urgent care!"
