"Drove my friend to pick up a prescription for his anti-seizure medication. He was first denied for not having made an appointment. Then, without cause, after 4+ years of loyalty, in front at the waiting room of patients and staff says to him “..I think you’re selling your pills.” Then, while he was try to process that accusation, “Good luck finding a new doctor this week.” Who does that? A sub-standard nurse pretending to be a doctor, who gets bad information from another (snitch) patient and acts on it, that’s who. Two locations- Calhoun and Rome. Both should be shut down. She’s dropping good patients so she can run a pill factory with the snitches. True story."

"This is easily the most unprofessional "doctors" office I've ever been to. I put doctors in quotations because they're rarely ever there. Even if you schedule an appointment that requires a doctor to be there, sometimes they just don't show up. Nobody calls you to let you know. You just show up and they tell you then. Do yourself a favor, if you have any other option, use it! This place is trash."

"I went to their clinic Sept 2,2020 at 8 am paid the now 60.00 Dr bill signed a release form for my visit to the hospital Aug 3 ,2020 so I would not have to pay for my blood work again. They told me they would call in my meds when they received my bloodwork so yesterday at 3 pm when I had not heard anything I called them. I was told they received my blood work from Floyd medical center but not redmond well the release I had signed was only for Redmond but I was like ok she told me they would be calling in my meds which never happen nor a call back from the clinic. I have heart problems and needed my meds. So I called this morning from 8:04 am till 11:05 am someone finally answered the phone and I let them no this was day number 3 without my meds and I have heart conditions just to be cussed out and hung up on by the nurse practitioner. They didnt have a problem taking my money ???? STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE I AM NOW ON MY WAY TO REDMOND WITH CHEST PAIN"
