"I would give it 5 stars if not for the office employees. They are constantly forgetting information and not calling back so you have to consistently call them back. I do agree with some comments that the practice is taking advantage of people that have to come here due to the language barrier."

"Wish I could give 0 stars. Dr. Lee doesn't listen to any information we provided, and refused to give any medication, referral, or even any diagnosis. I was involved in a pretty big accident and with my medical history, I asked him if I should take any cautions for working at a desk all day. He thought I was simply asking for a doctor's note to get out of work, which already had been excused. When I told him that I am asking for his opinion as a medical professional - not to get out of work - he just said "just work, but stop when it starts hurting." A 5 year old could've told me that. I go to the doctor to learn what I don't already know about my health and how I should take care of my body, because a doctor is someone who studied and specialized in human health for at least 10-20 years. This doctor's visit was a huge waste of time and energy that I don't already have from my injury. Definitely won't be going back to see him ever again. He should might as well have his doctor's license revoked, since he doesn't practice any medical profession. I am seeing other negative reviews only for the same doctor, and this tracks. I hope this clinic realizes how much financial and reputational damage this one doctor is bringing to the clinic."

"I took 92 years old elderly woman to Dr. Kim for her hard of breathing and dizziness. Our appointment was 3pm. But we were just waiting in the room till 4:10pm without seeing doctor yet. And I noticed that someone who made appointment at 3:30 got treated and leaving the office. We confronted and the manager said that since the old lady is a new patient, the Dr. saw the patient that he had seen first. I will not see this office anymore treating patients with no respect."

"It's pretty easy to schedule. Dr. Kim cares about patients and office staffs seem nice too. Self pay rates are also very reasonable."
