"I wasn't sure about coming here at first but after numerous visits, I'm glad I made the choice to use this office for my primary care. Check in is always quick. I've rarely have to wait long to see my Dr. The staff and nurses have always been kind and personable. Dr. Alberts is an angel! She always takes her time and is very thorough. I've never felt judged about my medical conditions. She's extremely empathtic. Her bedside manner is impeccable. She takes detailed notes which I feel is important. She's always prompt to respond to messages if I send her one through MyChart. She's honestly the best Dr. I've had. I hope she stays a while. I find the office easy to access with the exception of the little hill or stairs outside, as walking any distance is hard for me. They have a covered drop off area. The office will validate your parking, so bring your parking lot ticket with you. The office is just inside the doors of the ambulatory center. There's a spacious waiting area with a TV."
