"Everything started off great for my aunt and I, Dr. Forehand seemed to be good but after a few months things started to change then soon we got a letter stating to find another provider in other words..... I don't recommend this place anymore to colored people because its quite a few white people working there that don't seem to like us much....."

"The service is great. But I take nausea medicine and Dr forehead refuses to give me a 90 day supply. That’s what my insurance pays for. I take it 3x a day. They will only write for 30 tablets with no refills and say come back in a year because everything else is fine!!! When I have those dizzy spells I can’t even function. I can get them over the counter but why pay for them when I can get them at no charge. It’s not fair. I’m very disappointed because she’s a good Dr. I can’t help it if I’m having this issue right now"

"I have been going here for a few years now. I have Dr. Campbell and CRNP Alex Birch. They are FANTASTIC. As a Army veteran, Dr. Campbell can relate to things that vets deal with. He is an amazing doctor and Alex is a fantastic CRNP. Always helpful, quick, thorough and precise. Honestly, one of the best civilian practices I've ever been to. The rest of the staff (nurses, etc) are all extremely professional and kind. I honestly couldn't ask for a better group of folks to help manage my care, especially considering the VA often takes months to get an appt. I cannot say enough good things about these folks. If you are looking for some of the best healthcare providers, stop, you just found them. God Bless and I hope this review helps folks."

"After calling and leaving multiple voicemails I never received a call back. I just kept getting transferred to voicemail. Then after insisting I talk to someone they tell me nurse is on maternity leave and nobody was instructed to check voicemails. I have ended up in ER twice. I asked them for a teledoc appointment because I need to discuss with my doctor and I’m my grandmothers sole caregiver and an hour and a half away and they refuse. Keep in mind they’ve been fine with Teladoc appointments previously and I was in 6 months ago. This is Dr. Griffin. I wouldn’t expect to get consistent care from this office. They blame everything on being overweight and refused to refill my maintenance medicine regardless of not being able to come in in person with zero notice after not being able to get ahold of them. They’re forcing me to cold turkey get off anti-depressants during the holidays."
