Returning patients can fill out our appointment request form, while new patients can schedule their first visit by calling 478-741-3007. We understand the challenges of balancing work and childcare, which is why we offer after hours pediatric services at select locations. "Showed up on Christmas Eve with sick toddler because everything says they are open today even the sign posted on their door’s. Well they aren’t. If call the office there is no message that they are not open. I had to call the Macon office to get a message saying the Macon office would be the only location open on 12/24 and 12/25/23."
"My little lady developed a flu and after thinking she was better and realizing she wasn't I was left to find an after hours place on the weekend and we came across this one. We walked in and the receptionist greeted us immediately and checked us in and we only waited about 10 minutes despite there being a few families in the lobby. the nurse and doctor were very sweet and they diagnosed her very quickly. They definitely gave me peace of mind and hopefully she will be on the mend soon"
"I visited around 1130am on a Sunday Morning. I drove about 35 mins because of the good reviews. No one was waiting in the waiting area, it took like 7 mins to get called to the back. The nurse practitioner we saw was really sweet and nice! Will definitely come back if I’m not able to get in with my pediatrician."
