"I have lives here 22 years and have used hospital a lot. The majority of nurses and doctors are wonderful. I have only come across 2 nurses and 2 doctors who were really rude and acted like u were wasting their time. I saw a comment about Dr Hall and she w as the rudest and most hateful doctor I have ever run across. I also got the question about why I was in the ER from her! Other than that we’ve had good experiences there."
"Being new to the area I was able to walk in and be seen right away. All staff members were professional, caring and informative. I loved the personalized care of the smaller community hospital. I was also referred to a primary care physician before I left to follow up with. No problems with establishing an appointment with Village Medical. My medications were waiting at Monticello Drugs for pick up. Absolutely the best experience from all hometown businesses. Friendly, courteous service. You definitely have a new customer! "I had a seizure and my husband brought me to Jasper Memorial. They were wonderful. Especially Crystal who was my attending nurse. She explained everything she was doing and was very personable. I had a cat scan, an IV with some kind of anti seizure medicine followed by a bag of vitamins and folic acid followed by a saline drip. My Doctor was Dr. Watkins and he was less friendly but explained everything clearly. Everyone I encountered was nice, helpful and professional. The hospital was clean, well organized and my room was spacious but the bed was a typical uncomfortable adjustable rock :)"
