"I am so pleased that we chose Encompass of Newnan as the rehabilitation site for our mom. The care that she received there was “Above & Beyond” everything that we expected. Every staff member was professional, encouraging, and supportive! The facility itself is attractive & clean; and the atmosphere is welcoming. Many, many thanks to all the “Top Notch “ Therapists ( PT, OT, & Speech). The medical Staff, Nurses & Assistants, were great. The Case Manager expertly guided us through the entire process while there, and ensured that we had everything we needed for discharge home. Dietary Services & All the other disciples also performed their duties with excellence. We can’t say enough about the “Marketing Liaison” who evaluated our Mom to ensure that she was a good fit for the facility, and the facility a good fit for her! Words can’t express our gratitude! No one wants to ever need the services of a Rehabilitation Hospital, but we found ourselves in that situation, and we are grateful for Encompass of Newnan!"

"I cannot say enough good things about this facility. I was hesitant to bring my grandmother here because of the reviews but I am so happy we decided to go with encompass of Newnan. The care that my grandmother has gotten has been as if she were family. During her nearly two week stay there was not a single person that we came in contact with that didn’t treat us like we were a member of their family. The staff here truly care about their patients. The physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and dietary team here are nothing short of remarkable. I stayed and attended her therapy sessions, as well as slept overnight with her. They not only helped her to gain back her strength but gain confidence back and took time out of their busy schedules to educate me on how to better help her at home. If I asked questions they gave me answers and advice on the best care that I personally could provide for her. Her care didn’t end when we were discharged. They helped set up home health and home therapy for her as well as her dialysis schedule with a facility closest to us. They even went as far as making sure we got the equipment we needed before we got discharged for home (wheelchair, walker, beside commode, etc…). If you’re on the fence about bringing your loved one here please do. I will be recommending this facility to everyone I can. Thank you Encompass. "Amazing. The reputation for the best rehabilitation in the area is well deserved. My 84-year-old mom was more than thrilled with the PT, OT and memory care she received daily.
