"1st tele-visit with NP Jennifer Roberts started 40 minutes late. Upon calling the office I spoke with Amy and was told their office allows for providers to run late up to an hour past the appointed time, with no communication that they are running late or offers to reschedule. I was told by the NP Jennifer Roberts that time was needed to review charts and spend time with other patients. Really? All forms were filled out 2 weeks prior, and confirmed receipt of past medical records the week prior. Very poor practice if they haven't even reviewed charts by the day of the appointment. When did this generation lose the common decency of communication and respect for time?"
