"The wait time was long as most ER visits are. The staff did their best to care for my 10month old. The room and bed was comfortable while we waited."

"I went to the Tanner medical center for a sleep study. And it was handled excellently. The sleep technologist prep me well, explain the process well, and executed the process well. This was my best outpatient experience ever!"

"I went for a calcium score test. I asked them at the time of service. If they could forward all my results to my family doctor in Douglasville with well star. They told me I would have to let them know in the back I did. So had to go back And request it again in person at the Check in Desk. where I asked the first time. My mother is also in Tanner hospital getting good help with a nurse's own day shift..But are short staff on nights and the nurses are not willing to help the patient at night Have singing nurses at the nurse's station playing on the computers when the call buttons are being pushed And not attending to the patients. My personal Opinion a lot of their employees do not have people skills Are listening skills."

"Hello, My name is Elizabeth Hurley and I am a disabled United States Army Veteran who was referred to your Villa Rica facility for a mammogram on 9/14/2022. After my mammogram, I received a notice for a follow up appointment that was scheduled for 3/15/2023. I showed up for this appointment; however, began to receive statements for unpaid balances in the amounts of $474.40 and $379.00. I reached out to Tanner and was advised the appointment on 3/15/2023 was not authorized by the VA (Community Care) and they (VA) would be responsible for paying the balances. After contacting the VA, I was advised that the appointment was scheduled without authorization and Tanner would be responsible for writing off the balances. When I contacted Tanner, I was advised by Nicole Lee (Breast Health Nurse) that she is showing notes that I was contacted by phone, but the scheduler was unable to reach me and scheduled the appointment without the authorization. Please note that I did not receive a voicemail or follow up call, but received a letter in the mail dated 9/14/2022 that a follow up was scheduled for 3/15/2023. This correspondence did not state that the current authorization would expire prior to the appointment date and that a new authorization was needed. Furthermore, Nicole stated “this issue is partially Tanner’s fault; however, the VA should have known that after the initial appointment on 9/14/2022, a follow up was needed and should have submitted a new authorization as the current authorization expired on 12/12/2023.” I have sent several emailed correspondence to Nicole in efforts that she could resolve the matter; however, she has advised that she was unable to provide with a resolution after her efforts. I can furnish the communications with Nicole upon request. After speaking with the VA, I was advised that Tanner agreed to write off the balances; however, have not been able to reach their billing department? I have called Tanner’s billing department over 10 times, have had to explain this matter to several agents, spending 45 minutes to a hour during each time and still no resolution. I am being told the VA (Community Care) would need to submit the authorization. It is now almost December and I continue to receive statements and notices regarding the balances, without a follow up, and still not resolution. I have asked that my concerns be escalated each time I’ve called and requested to speak with someone of higher authority who can take action as my case still has not been resolved. In addition, I am greatly disappointment in the lack of accountability, urgency, concern, or action. I am now trying to reach out to executive leadership to assist with this matter and would appreciate a timely resolution with the balances being written off. I will happily provide the statements and notices I have received over the past 9 months. Please help me or direct me to someone who can. Thank you, Elizabeth Hurley"

"Outpatient surgery registration were rude to me and my mother. Made a snide comment about my mom coming in and asking a question. But other than that, I loved every doctor I had working on me. Every nurse was so nice. They were detailed in explaining what was going to happen and what meds I would be given. After surgery, my nurse, Alexis C. in the labor and delivery wing, was the sweetest and was just very personable. She is great at her job!"
