"Just had our first child in the baby place here. Our family and friends all asked if we were in a VIP room because it’s so big and nice, but all the rooms are like this. Everything is in the room, so the baby never has to leave the room. The nurses are remarkably knowledgeable and attentive. You can tell none of these providers happened to wind up here, they clearly have a passion for this. The nurses come in at great intervals, not too often at all. Everyone has been very respectful of our wishes. Anytime a choice needs to be made everyone has been able to explain all of the choices and the benefits that come with those decisions. Security is tight, there is one set of elevators up to the third floor. Everyone has to buzzed in and out of the department, so you also don’t get surprised by visitors while breastfeeding. Every baby gets an ankle sensor that alarms if they get too close to the dept. exit, (which there’s no reason to have them out of the room anyway.) The entire floor is dedicated to obstetrics, the rooms are big and spaced out and it gives a feeling of you are the only people in the unit, even though I’ve seen many coming and going from the unit. Never heard anything from another room, we get to control the thermostat in your own room. I literally can’t think of anything else anyone could want for their birthing experience."

"The wound center is absolutely amazing! Every nurse is the sweetest, most respectful, patient, and kind ladies you will ever meet. They all truly care to take the time and get to know you, make sure you’re always comfortable (amazing with kids!!!), and always so cheerful and happy! Dr Gomez, is hands down the best doctor I’ve met. I was one worried mother due to my son having a dirt bike accident and the foot peg going all the way into his leg. Long story…but ER, one doctor somewhere else, then referred to Dr Gomez for help, let me just say, he’s informative, comforting, cares, explains any and everything, and always offers for you to call if you need anything at all no matter the time. He definitely knows his stuff, my son’s leg did a total 180 in a couple visits, and I cried because I was so happy to see just a little difference. Now we are almost there and I’m so grateful for him and his knowledge! He’s truly the best!"
