Also encountered 2 rude employees who thought it was ok to mock me instead of help me with the correct sandwich selection through the ordering process. They whispered amongst each other all while preparing the food about what I assume to me ME! This was my first and LAST time visiting this establishment!!!!"
"The most rude lady I have ever dealt with in fast food works here. My first time ever visiting this store and I have here asking me if I can read when I had a question about the list. Very aggressive unprofessional and snappy. When I said I wasn’t coming back, she said that this is just the way she talks. Management didn’t even say anything in response when I brought it up. Honey Baked Ham, you guys probably don’t even realize how much business from other customers (not returning) because of this woman. She is an African American woman probably in her 40s or 50s. Love the food, HATE the service."
