"I have been going to Dr. Hensley for years. I feel very comfortable with her and she really does care. Her staff is also the best."
"I met Dr Hensley at my New Patient Appointment today. She was casually dressed and in a hurry. She couldn't read from my forms or prescription bottles due to not having her glasses, so I helped her. Although she had received all my records, she showed no awareness or interest in my medical needs, or wellbeing. I blinked my eye and she was off to another patient. A total of 15 minutes of humiliation and insult for my initial new patient appointment was over. Although, she spent time telling me how turmeric helped her back 15 years ago and explained her diagnosis,, She never asked if I needed anything now or if I had anything that needed attended to, or a referral to some specialist for any of my multiple physical conditions at age 71 and retired due to disability. She showed no interest, no concern, or offered any assistance. DO Not go to this doctor."
"I am not going to lie I hate going to the doctor. When I realized I needed to switch PCP s I was terrified to say the least. I went in every one was so friendly. Everyone seemed very knowledgeable. Got me comfortable there really fast. Wonderful office."
"Good with reading bloodwork to you, but I had several things medically needed answered, and she keep brushing me off every time I tried to tell her what was wrong , so I went home with nonstop migraines, female infection so bad it's hard to sit, fingers crippling up so badly cant stand the pain of the rheumatoid arthritis in them , my neck, my wrist and shoulders from past auto injuries, she keep brushing me off till I forgot what I wanted to tell her, it's our first time to her in office setting, I felt very uncomfortable with her, I'm use to a doctor taking their time with you , allowing you to ask them questions, and asking you if theres anything else needed, I like Amy Sayre she cared she talked to you , didnt show how quickly she wanted to escape from you, but shes not in our network insurance."
"Awesome staff & excellent doctor. She actually listens and cares to make sure you have the correct treatment! I have only had one appointment so far, and it went well! Highly recommend her."
