"Just like the other comments about posted close time, they had the doors locked at 8:30 PM. I ordered ahead to make sure I could drive right after my shift and stop by to grab my sammies for dinner. When I went up to the door at 8:30 PM, the girl cleaning the counters just looks at me and mouths the words "we're closed". She wouldn't come to the door even after I was pointing at my phone. My food wasn't in the pickup rack and I'm upset and disappointed. AT LEAST say you're not taking new orders, but allow those that have already paid for theirs to be able to pick it up while you're supposed to be open during your own hours posted on the door and your website. Never had this issue with other Firehouse Subs locations."

"Absolutely disgusting. I ordered a 14$ hook and ladder to find it had a bone in the ham. I called the store, spoke to BRITTANY, let her know there’s a bone in the ham just to be told “That’s Impossible”. She was the absolute rudest manager I have ever spoken to. I DID NOT ask for a refund or another sandwich just calling as an FYI and was told I’m a liar and hung up on."

"Unable to even give stars for the “food” category due to not even being provided service. Came in on a very quiet Saturday afternoon excited to order an early dinner before the SEC Championship game. After more than 5 minutes with no acknowledgment, I asked the woman at the register if we order with her. Without looking up from the counter, a young man behind the counter said “she is counting the register.” No apology, no attempt to at least start working on an order for us. Waited a few minutes longer before deciding to leave. Disappointed to say the least."

"Firehouse subs are the best hot subs out there for chain eateries. People who read my reviews know I only give chain eateries a max of 4 stars. On this location, I would give it a 4+++ rating. The highest possible score for a cv chain eatery. My wife and I always split a large Italian. The quality of the ingredients and the made to order hot subs cannot be match by any other sub eatery. Enjoy and know that a portion of what you pay is awarded to local Firemen/women fire stations."

"I ordered take out today. It was a small tuna salad sandwich. When I got there, no acknowledged or greeted me. I was standing there at least 5 or 6 mins before anyone said anything to me, while the time is ticking away on my lunch break. When i finally get it, it is a sloppy mess. I had to get back to work and I was hungry, otherwise I would have asked for a refund. I regret eating it; the sandwich was disgusting. It had more mayonnaise than tuna. I don't know what happened to this location. I guess all the friendly people who cared about their job all quit. I won't be back."
