"If I could give negative stars!! This is an absolutely horrible location to visit. We waited 15 mins to order, and then the water and drinks took another 20 mins and after 45 mins of waiting for food the food was cold. The waitress sure didn’t like her job because she was full of sarcasm. And when the manager came he literally told us that the kitchen staff is slow and the workers are too busy on their phones and headphones because apparently they don’t get paid like $40 an hour. He was trying to apologize but seemed like he was having a hard time to say “hey sorry let me fix that for you” instead he was like being very rude to the point where it felt like we were being discriminated because we were a minority. We were like just give us the check we don’t want to eat the cold food or at this point even care to finish our drinks. Hour and half well wasted!! Thereafter We left and went across the street to Taco Mac..sat at the bar and experienced the best service, got our drinks writhing 5 mins, food came out promptly in 13 mins and was fresh and HOT. We were in and out within 40 mins, great customer service at Taco Mac. NEVER GIVING THE LAWRENCEVILLE HOOTERS MY BUSINESS and would advise you to stay away too!"

"Our server sucks!!! She was not acknowledging me but the people I was with. She was super dumb blond. She had got the order wrong couldn't read her handwriting and also came back many times to ask what we ordered. Didn't repeat the order. She also brought out 2 plates of curly fries which nobody asked. She didn't come back and we were waiting for our drinks to be refilled. Its was the worst. We still tip her but we wouldn't let her service us ever again. We just going to sit at the bar next time"

"My daughters bday and she's been asking to go to Hooters. Server took our drink order, came back a few minutes later and said she was distracted and to take the drink orders again. We should of left then. We ordered our food--wings, that's it, no modifications, nothing! We waited over 30 min for our food, mind you it wasn't very busy, she then brought our food except for 2 of them, 10 min later she brought 1 more, and it was wrong, she said the kitchen messed up and would be 5 min. We had started eating and the wings we had and they were barely warm?? They come out of a fryer, how can that be?? After another 10min the final 2 dishes came out, the rest of us were pretty much done eating, had to grab her again cause she forgot our water, and sides of ranch for both orders, and silverware which we never got. Then we realized the wings were not breaded, I went to find her, she didn't even look at them but said they were breaded cause she ordered it that way??? I just said whatever, and went back. A few minutes later the manager came to our table and asked us what was wrong, it was such a joke at that point I just asked for the bill. We gave the server 2 cards, and she asked did it matter which card is swiped first??? I don't know what that means-- and we're restaurant people. She then came back 2 min later again and asked how we wanted this split???? It's 2 cards, and we said split. 50/50???? It was so comical but sad at the same time. And since we're in the business, we tipped more than we probably should. I wish i read the reviews first before coming. One word: training, looking cute's not gonna cut it"

"Horrible experience. Walked in at 6:30pm. Maybe 4 tables had people at them. 4 people at the bar. Took 1.5 hours for us to get our food. We were a party of 4. Manager said she would take out appetizer off of our bill for our wait plus an extra $10 off. Neither of those happened. We paid the bill and left. Not going back."

"Just the atmosphere I needed after a long, busy day. Welcoming and relaxing. Walked right up to the bar and got served quickly. Great conversation with fellow patrons, great food, and great service! Fries could have been cooked a little more but great to be dipped in ghost pepper sauce and blue cheese! Jaci is amazing and handled all of her customers with top notch service, even though she likes complicated coffee ;-) A great experience thank you!"
