And even though I ended have a long wait to iron out an issue, her communication and assistance and attitude the entire time made it 100% a good transactional experience. 5 stars"

"Abraham if that’s his name have the worst attitude I showed them my sandwich and ask if that’s the way it’s suppose to look and they both looked at me and said I don’t eat that!!! And then just stared at me while I’m sitting in drive-through!!! I don’t care if you eat it or not you know McDonald’s menus and how it’s suppose to look! You need more training of employees and especially on customer service!"

"So I will start by stating corporate will absolutely be made aware of the following. Ordered the 3 double cheeseburger 2 for $4 - ALL of our burgers had one pick and ketchup only - NO MUSTARD AND NO ONION! It was terrible quality - the workers were more worried about their horrible mumble rap which was cursing GD This GD THAT! than making food the way it was supposed to be (and what i thought I was purchasing. The other worker was very rude and cold - not a peep - no thank you - no f u no NOTHING! It doesn't matter if you're a Financial Planner, a Doctor or a dishwasher - you have to have pride it what you do! So awful - please see pics below. If people are rude to you - maybe try doing YOUR JOB the right way. Or better yet - if you HATE your job SO MUCH - go find a different line of work. WE ARE THE ONES PAYING YOU!!!!!!! WAKE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You all will see the level of their concern as this comment becomes months old without a follow-up from management. It'll be evidenced by their no-show and further prove my point. Spend the extra money and go to Wendy's."

"This McDonald's needs to get award for being the worst McDonald's in town! They're really good at making sure something with your order will not be right. On top of that you will be waiting 20 mins for your F'd up order. Fire the whole staff and start over."

"Did a mobile order to save time. Instead, I waited in the store to pickup my food for 15 minutes where I wasn't greeted or acknowledged the entire time. There were no customers inside the restaurant and only 3 cars in the drive-thru--meaning it was not busy. I ordered a breakfast sandwich meal with black Iced coffee (no cream, no sugar), 2 breakfast sandwiches, and 2 hashbrowns. Instead, what I got were the 3 sandwiches, 2 hashbrowns and an iced coffee with cream and sugar. The food expediter's sole job is to follow what's on the order screen and put it together. I guess she got tunnel vision when she read my order. So I told her the iced coffee was supposed to be just black-- look at the ticket. She goes back to remake it, only to bring out a lukewarm coffee with no ice in it. While she's doing that I noticed there were only 2 hashbrowns, so I told her I needed one more hashbrown. She proceeds to tell me "we aren't doing hashbrowns anymore, we are doing fries now. I can give you a small fry"....but my breakfast meal that I ordered comes with a hashbrown...I just watched you make my other 2 hashbrowns. What do you mean you aren't doing hashbrowns anymore? Whatever, at this point I just want to get out of there. So I say OK. She brings me the small fries and drops them in my bag.....upside down so all of the fries fall out. Am I asking for too much? Maybe in today's times I am....I guess I have to accept whatever food is given to me. By the way, this is the closest McDonald's to me so I deal with things like this everytime I place an order. I wish I could give negative stars..."
