"I used to get decent food a step above other fast food like McDonald's, but the last two visits, I have gotten rock hard fries and a messed up order for what was simply a burger with no cheese. Fries were cold and burgers were shottily put together. The Frisco melt was the only saving grace. I won't be eating here again."
"Things have changed dramatically. No more servers, just kiosks to order your food. You have to scan your receipt to get permission to use the soda fountain. No table service at all, but they still ask for tips at the kiosk. Feels pretty soulless. Not the family outing we were expecting."

"The place has changed since the last time I was there (3 years ago). There is minimal interaction with staff. About the same amount you'd get going in to order at a McDonald's. So the tip seemed completely redundant. But the food and shake were as good as they've ever been. I would eat here again."
