Chipotle Mexican Grill

"I just experienced racism in this location. I made a takeout order at this location approximately at 10:35pm. The worker's name was Valeria. During checkout i asked her very kindly "may i please my free guacamole it has been advertised that i will get one free if i download the app. Valeria asked to see my phone to see the app. After couple clicks, she tells me "i don't know, i can't do anything, do you still want the guacamole?" i respond "is there any way we can check" and she stated "no". So, i paid for my meal including the guacamole. I stepped outside and entered back in to double check if i received my receipt. I go to Valeria and ask her about the receipt. She responds with obvious irritation and anger saying, "check your bag". NOW - as i walk away she blatantly states "i swear these Asian ppl be getting on my nerves yo". I turn back around, and she avoids eye contact. I did not want to make a scene so i left. The Asian community and the resident of Lawrenceville would like video recording and a audio recording of this incident. She was extremely rude; it will be obvious to see when this is reviewed by upper management. Racism will not be tolerated."

"The restaurant was clean, the staff was professional, the food was delicious (not sweetened like we feel other Chipotles do). It was a few minutes from the freeway, but definitely worth it!!"

"I'd give this 4.5 stars if possible. I've been coming in here for almost a year and I really like it as I found the food to be nice and fresh and everything in stock about 90% of the time. There were a couple of occasions where there were some ingredients missing and food was not as fresh, but it was mostly during late hours which is kinda expected. Overall, great job to the team and keep up the good work! P.S. boy I just "love" when people have 1 bad experience and go ahead and give this place 1 star where I am pretty certain there were multiple occasions where they were pleased with the food and never bothered leaving a complimenting review. Ignore the hates and give the place a try. Edit: After visiting quite a few other Chipotles in the area, this one deserves 5 stars."

"STOP! We all must be smoking crack to continue to go to a place and pay $15 for a bowl of rice, lettuce, beans, and sour cream because we’re barely getting 2 oz of meat. Lord forbid you ask them for a decent portion of meat, your total go from $15 to $23. Starting today, I will no longer support chipotle until they provide measure spoons to ensure I’m getting a decent portion of meat. This is unacceptable and is a slap in the face of your loyal customers. Wait until I make my TikTok video about this location. I. Fed up!!! Fed up with the small portion and the attitudes."
